September 23, Sunday Evening, 8:15 PM: First Day in a Wheelchair!

Here is the newest  update on Israel. It seems Israel did a little too much today in being 15min. in his wheelchair & then sitting up in bed a little too long . He’s been in a lot of pain tonight, & the nurses are trying to get it under control.

It’s one step forward and two back- but we know this painful healing period will pass.

Israel again says “God has been SO good in sparing my life”

Prayer IS changing things!

Here is a thought for the day: We know our enemy, the devil, goes about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he can devour. Romans tells us that if God be for us who then can be against us? That means that all things have a purpose in eternity and our unknowns God has already planned. Some day around the throne of Jesus Christ we too will understand the unknowns of this earth.

Scriptures: 1 Peter 5: 8 and Romans 8: 31

  1. Thank you so much for keeping everyone updated on this story. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.God does have a plan and he will be by his side to guide him and help him along.

  2. Dear Israel,
My heart is continually hurting for what you have to go through. I am continually praying that you will heal and that the Lord would lighten your pain and your burden. I wish that I could be down there and taking your place for you.
Be encouraged Israel because I know that the Lord has a miraculous plan for your life. I know that He is never going to fail you no matter what may happen. Israel, you can always go to the Lord and tell Him all about your troubles. He will always be right there ready to help you whenever you call upon Him…. I LOVE you very much Israel!
    With much love,
    Rebecca Hope Hale

  3. Psalm 131:3 Let “Israel” hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever.

We continue to pray for you and trust that the Lord will have his way in your life.

ALL THINGS work together for good to them that love God.

  4. I Cor. 12:26, 27 Many of us are weeping and hurting with you, not physically of course, but in our hearts and spirits. How we long to see you through this time of pain and into the strengthening!

  5. I’m praying for you constantly! God never moves without a purpose or plan – nothing is by accident. God bless you both, and give you peace and rest!
